As ActiveTcl's tile does not work under vista, I compiled tile 0.8.1
(directly from tile CVS) with visual studio 2005. You can find the binary at

Just unzip it in the lib directory of your ActiveTcl installation.
If you cannot load the tile dll, then download & install the microsoft
visual C 2005 runtime from microsoft.
