Lots of stuff here to look at:

I'll probably suggest finishing up the Rivet 2.0 port for the ASF, but I
doubt there'll be any takers.
- GTK backend for Tile
- Completion of QT backend for Tile that G. Petasis started

We've got two feature request trackers full of suggestions, one for Tcl
and one for Tk. Many/most FRQs are suitable for a summer project, but
not all (some require massive core changes to do).
Tcl FRQs: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=10894&atid=360894
Tk FRQs: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=12997&atid=362997
Many FRQs will require TIPs, but writing a TIP is about as difficult as
writing a Wiki page describing what you want to do and why, so it
shouldn't be a hurdle for anyone (least, not compared with coding :-)).

Implementation of WSDL support in TclSOAP.
Thats probably worth $4K for the hassle of deciphering W3C
documentation :)

2. Finish work on Tcl FUSE kernel module project, so Tcl interface will
support all FUSE API features.
I think completion of these two projects will significantly raise Tcl's
profile and make it an indispensible tool for development and
administration on Unix.
