Well, I don't really know anything about a spider plot or a radar graph.
Just guessing, but you might find TkZinc interesting. It's somewhat
like the standard Tk canvas widget, but allows item hierarchy, supports
scaling and rotation, clipping, and multi-contour curves. It also
supports advanced rendering via OpenGL and contains new objects specific
to Air Traffic systems.
It has also been used to create radar displays...

tklib, plotchart package.
See http://wiki.tcl.tk/11265
and http://tcllib.sourceforge.net/doc/plotchart.html
Heads up -- unlike Tcl/Tk (which is a BSD copyright) Tkzinc is released
under GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) (aka copyleft).

Hmmm, interesting that *you* jumped to the conclusion that it is "bad" -- I
just pointed out that it (unlike most Tcl/Tk extensions) was not using a BSD
style license. Why don't you tell us why you feel people may think it is "bad".

There are companies, and individuals, who disallow the use of LGPL licensed
software in commercial products that they are building -- particularly if
they are statically linking or creating StarPacks.
Thanks a lot Arjen. That helps a lot. I am using blt graph for x-y
plot.
It seems plotchart is more powerful?
I really appreciate others' comments as well
Have a wonderful day ALL!
