Hi !

How can you control the repeat delay and repeat interval
of a <KeyPress> event bound e.g. to a frame ?

I think the answer is "you can't" -- it's controlled by the hardware
and/or OS and/or windowing system. It's not something you can directly
control through Tcl or Tk.

Perhaps if you say which platform you're running on, someone who is
expert on that platform may be able to help.

On Unix/Linux, you can use the 'xset' command via 'exec'.
See the xset(1) manpage for details, especially the 'r' option.
