Anybody use RRD & TCL together?

Looking for a windows (2K/XP) version of

tclrrd -- A TCL interpreter extension to access the RRD library.

I can locate the bindings in RRD it but needs compilinig and out of my
current skill set.

There has to be a DLL that arrives into the C:\Tcl\lib

Thanks for any suggestions.
