Did anyone else notice that the Sun/Oracle Java tutorial contains links
to J2SE 7 API documentation, DRAFT ea-b66?

Well, I only able to read the fine manual recently. :-)

ProcessBuilder.Redirect appears to be new:

but it "is not final and is subject to change."
