tvtwm patchlevel 5 is now available on export.lcs.mit.edu in
contrib/tvtwm.tar.Z. The patch has been sent to the comp.sources.x
moderator. I didn't include it here because it's around 65k. Here's
what has been fixed.
The change that'll screw people up the most is item number 8.

This patch fixes the following problems:
1. Removed XSynchronize call from twm.c
2. The panner windows do not move during a move operation unless
the move is opaque.
3. StayUpMenus keyword allows menus to be displayed until the next
ButtonPress event. (Gregg Jensen uuc...@swbatl.sbc.com)
4. f.zoom commands now obey size hints.
5. Added PannerOpaqueScroll keyword

6. TWM Windows menu is now sorted based upon the state of the

7. MenuTitleFont and TitleFontPadding variables added

8. PannerBackgroundPixmap and VirtualDesktopBackgroundPixmap must now be
specified inside of the Pixmaps list. (uunet!cstr.ed.ac.uk!rjc)
8. Resize outlines now go away if a resize is cancelled in other than
the +0+0 quadrant.
9. Primitive include file support for .{tv}twmrc via:
