I've created another proposal, for a "file-0" module, that would
provide a minimal set of methods for constructing higher level file
system API's. This is a strict subset of Filesystem/A. Some methods
could be conflated, and the iterator could potentially be made
lower-level, more functional instead of object oriented, to cater to C
implementations. Let me know what you think.
