I have a set of black with polished lips, 10x6 Revolution rims and tire
package for sale with less than 800 miles. The tires are Yoko A008's.
The rims come with center caps and all hardware ($900). I also have a
set of Dunlop/Moulton rubber suspension cones for sale with less than
800 miles ($250). I switched to springs.

The cones are rubber spring elements used on Minis with "dry"
suspensions. The easiest ones to see are in the rear.

Here's a link to a picture of a cone by itself:

The link below is for a cone installed on the rear of a Mini.

The link below is for a picture everyone just needs to see when they
are considering replacing cones. An "old" cone is in the left of the
photograph, a new cone is next to it. You can see immediately how the
old cone has settled and is significantly shorter. Because of this,
old Minis will sit really low. That's the look I liked. When I put
new cones on my car it sat so high I immediately felt I needed to buy
a set of hi-los to bring the car's height back where it should be.

It is very difficult to check if your rubber cones on the front are old
and compressed while they are on the car.

Hey Sean,

I've just set up a new "Community" section on Flying Circus's website:
http://www.flyingcircusenglishcars.com/community/index.php
You might want to post your car and your parts in the For Sale section
there.

The purpose is to connect individual buyers and sellers in the area. I'm
just getting started publicizing it to all the British car clubs in the area
(30-something within 100-200 miles). Hopefully inter-club communications
about cars and parts and events will be a bonus for everyone!

Desmomd,

This is great. The links to craigslist will greatly reduce my nightly
searching for that next project.

Take care,

Brad
