The Dream Act is a scam to lure undocumented youth into the military. That is it's main purpose, as Senator Durbin and the Pentagon have made clear. The Empire Builders anticipate a need to more cannon fodder, and youth who are bilingual. Annexing Mexico is one part of the plan for U.S. expansion and domination of North America, and to remain dominant in the world militarily, and economically and politically too if possible. --Neal
