Sure! Here's a picture of it. I make them for $30 each, $20 if you don't want the motor control components. Output is on pin 2. In addition there is now a small "modem" that connects to a servo-style header, that I am selling for $15 or $10 as a kit.

The shield gives you a 2 channel motor driver, same as the ardumoto (except there's two L298s so twice the current), 2 servos, and 1 demodulator for audio in. The relevant app is here https://market.android.com/details?id=re.serialout and I've posted  the source code to the cellbots group several times (if anyone wants to give me hand integrating it with everything else, please do, I'm reluctant to mess with other people's code because I mostly work on microcontrollers and don't want to make a mess)

If you'd rather not give me money at all, the plans and schematics are free -- I need to make a webpage, in the meantime I'll just email them out on request. :)

Hi,

I saw some posts talking about a ready to use arduino shield, from the
3.5mm on the phone to TTL to my uno .

would you tell me more about that?

Hey! First off, do you have a RA client and a RA server? (I may have
to send you an update).

I have both a shield and a mini-modem available. The shield also gives
you the ability to control 2 motors, which is good for tank-type
robots (Basically it replaces the Ardumoto). The mini-modem just does
the demodulation and level shifting.

Again, this is all opensource/openschematic so if you want either ask
away; no webpage for the minimodem yet because I've been doing 60 hour
workweeks so...

You cannot use pin 0 as it is already in use. Use newsoftserial and
another pin instead (I use pin 2).

To invert the signal, simply switch the in+ and in- pins on the
lm324 :)
