Where to call project initialization methods (implementation methods call)

I want to call the implementation for some of my class at runtime,
this is done only once, where should i specify this will it work with
Global.asax . But the application host details is need

I need to access the monorial context for virtual directory
implementation methods i.e. (monorail context) this.Context.UrlInfo.

These all details I need to implementation the methods
