Welcome Sam Ritchie as new Cascalog committer

Most of you know Sam Ritchie already, whether through questions he's
answered on the list, help he's given over IRC, or the excellent
documentation he's written for the wiki. Now he's the first Cascalog
committer besides myself.

Even though Sam has only been a committer for a few days, he's already
knocked out a few tickets from the issue list. Most notably, now you
can add docstrings and metadata to all custom Cascalog operations.
He's also come up with some great ideas for making Cascalog even more
expressive in the future. I'm really excited to work with Sam; he's a
massive boost to the project and community.

I also encourage you to check out Sam's pallet-hadoop project, which
makes it possible to provision, install, and expand Hadoop clusters on
