Hi, I'm currently doing test deployment with capistrano on my local
system. BTW, I'm using Mac OS X 10.4.9. In any case, I'm getting the
error message that 'cap cold_deploy' cannot find the command
'mongrel_rails'. Thus, I added a symbolic link within '/usr/bin' to
mongrel_rails and all is well. Is there an SSH configuration step
that I'm missing that would prevent me from having to add this link?

Thanks in advance,

-Conrad

Hi Conrad:

If you're using mongrel_cluster, the new prerelease supports a
variable for specifying the path to mongrel_rails.

For example,

set :mongrel_rails, '/path/to/your/bin/mongrel_rails'

http://rubyforge.org/pipermail/mongrel-users/2007-February/003000.html

Another prerelease and release will be going out this week.
