Miss Help system of Borland Developer Studio 2006 on Vista

Hi,
I have install Borland Developer Studio 2006 (BDS4) on Windows Vista
Bisiness.
BDS4 works fine, BUT I found that not any BDS4's help (except .NET
Framework)
present!

I try to run ...\Borland\BDS\4.0\Help\Common\regHelp.exe 5
but don't get any effect :(

The RegHelp's log-file contains next messages:

What is it?
How to register BDS's help on the Windows Vista?

P.S. On the same system I have installed "Microsoft TechNet" which use
dexplorer 7, as BDS4, and works fine!

I have registering BDS's help manualy:

Using Helpware FAR (www.helpware.net/FAR/) exporting BDS's help from XP
to the command script for H2Reg.exe (www.helpware.net/mshelp2/h2reg.htm).
Next, import settings to Vista:

--- BDS4_H2Reg.cmd ---
start /WAIT H2Reg.exe -r -m CmdFile=BDS4_H2Reg_cmd.ini
start dexplore /helpcol ms-help://borland.bds4
----------------------------

Not files, its registration only - "borland.bds4" namespace.
Start Helpware FAR (not a Roshal's Far :), click "H2 Utils" on the
"Authoring" tab, then right click on "borland.bds4" namespace and "H2Reg
Export".
Unfortunally not all BDS help was registered succeed by H2Reg.
~ 90% :(
