ActionManager inheritence

I noticed the form with TActionManager cannot be inherited from repository.
Is it normal behaviour? Anyway - a bad surprise.

It is a limitation of the current TActionManager implementation.

That's not quite technically correct, the limitation is in Form
Inheritance not the ActionManager itself.
The issue is that Form Inheritance does not support collections which are
used extensively in the ActionManager.
