Fix: Call rejected by callee

Hi,

We used to get "Call rejected by callee" when working with MS-Office files.
Some suggested that Norton AntiVirus was the problem, but the OfficeAV.dll
that was
supposed to cause these problem did not event exist on the system.

A solution is to use a Ole Message Filter (IMessageFilter in ActiveX unit in
D6)
We made a class that implements TInterfacedObject, IMessageFilter and set
the filter in the main form create and
Reset the filter in the FormClose of main form. This seems to fix this
problem.
