I put out a new version as a pre-release for now. I hope to promote it to a final release before Mojave become available on Monday.

Things to test if you’re on pre-releases:

  • Look for unexpected behavior related to ranking and string matching.
  • Try out the Touch Bar support. Make sure it works and let me know if there’s anything you think we should add.

Thanks.

Forgot to mention that Touch Bar support is explained a bit in the manual.

Rob -

The version available on the website by clicking the 'Download 1.6.0' button is still version 1.5.9

Best,
Tim.

Sorry… It’s been a while since I did a pre-release, so out of habit, I updated the text on that page. (The download link automatically grabs the latest final release.)

Thanks for pointing that out.

Hello Rob,

first of all thank you very much for your effort to make Quicksilver better and better. I love quicksilver and used it every day.
But after I installed Mojave quicksilver always crash and I cannot used it anymore because it's very unstable running on Mojave.
Is it only me who has this issue?

Best Regards
Tien

It’s definitely worse than it was under 10.13, but I don’t know of anyone having so many problems they can’t use it. I know I’ve seen this crash a few times, and one related to the clipboard plug-in.

Thanks Rob for the quick answer. I will check my plugins and update as needed.

I use the clipboard a lot... do you suggest holding off upgrading to Mojave until the issue you've seen is resolved, Rob?

I don’t think it’s that bad. I saw a couple of crashes related to
showing the window (which I keep docked), but after turning it off for a
couple of days and re-enabling it, I haven’t ben able to reproduce it.
