In my case I had no problem until about a month ago. Also the problem with me doesn't always occur & doesn't occur if the dock icon's clicked twice.
Are you using the bezelHUD interface? I was and when I changed to the Mini-Bezel Plug-in interface the problem went away.
Having said that I would love if someone could tell me why the BezelHUD interface started doing this as it's by far my favourite interface.
I suspect it's some manner of system change/setting rather than something within QS itself as I went into my time machine backup & replaced both the Application support 'Quicksilver' folder & the preferences file 'com.blacktree.Quicksilver.plist' with those from a time when I knew the problem wasn't being exhibited & yet the problem persisted even following a restart & removal of both cache items.

Could it be an issues with 10.6.6? I use BezelHUD with B54 and haven't seen this problem.

> It's a shame, I quite liked that FumoHUD interface, haven't seen it before & unlike the BezelHUD interface there's no need to pull the FumoHUD.qsplugin out of the plugins folder every time I needed to get to the preferences.
I noticed on the Fumo page there was a link to Bezel Pro. Never heard of it. It looks a bit like BezelHUD in the screenshot, but when I try it, it looks like Primer with the transparency cranked up. Has anyone used it?
It says it’s “fully customizable” so maybe if I could see the Preferences, I could change the appearance. (I also use B54.)

Mystery solved. Since I can’t get to the Preferences, I was just editing the plist by hand and guessing. I put “BezelPro”, which must be something Alcor started but never made official. After firing up a copy of B57 to edit the prefs properly, I see that Ankur’s is referred to as “Bezel Pro” in the plist.
I didn’t like it as much as BezelHUD, but it works.
Feel like I should have known about that before. Always learning with Quicksilver.
Thanks for the help.
Wonder if this has helped whoever first brought up this topic?
