Mail on White Trash Horns brough back some old memories.  I remember
seeing them back in the sixties when they played with the Boogie
Kings, and GG Shinn and the roller Coasters. What a band GG Shinn and
Jerry 'Count' Jackson as vocalist.  Jerry recorded with Edgar Winter
and White Trash as Jerry Lacroix(his real name I think).  GG later was
with Chase for a little while.

I'l never forget them singing Rainbow 65 by Gene Chandler.  Still my
favorite song of all time.  Still love them horns and that old soul
     music.

I believe that "Rainbow" is a Curtis Mayfield song that Chandler recorded.
Locally, it is one of the staples of the Hardway Connection's live show, and
they take the song to church.
