Hi all,

The byke workshop for Oracle is confirmed for 24th September, Thursday
at 3 PM (will confirm). Same format 3-4 presentation - 4-5 1 on 1 with
bike trials.

The details are below -

Address:
ORACLE India | Prestige Tech Park, Venus Block, Phase- II | Survey No.
29, Sarjapur Marthahalli Ring Road | 560087 Bangalore

Landmark: While goings towards Marathahalli from Silkboard, PTP is on
your left before JP Morgan building. We work from the last building
(Venus) within the campus.

Those close to this office please make time and come for the workshop.
It _definitely_ helps when more bikers share their experience. I believe
there are around 10 bikers at AOL. Anybody from AOL in this group - I
had met someone recently but cudn't track it.

Those who can make it please confirm.

Hi Manu,

Which office. We were in PTP. Wish u cud have made it to the session - always helps to have some experience sharing from the same office! :) There were two bikers who were not currently biking to work for different reasons.

The crowd was like Capgemini - fewer people (about a dozen to begin with increased to 20+) but 100% interested audience! :) The presentation overshot a bit as too many questions were asked - which probably means it was well received.

I believe Ashish Suhag from the presentation has already joined the group - he was critical of the information (live feedback is great! :)) - he is trying to get the session done at IIMB now! :)

When returning from the session I bumped into a biker from Nokia not on BBC. He said there is a group at Nokia of bikers. Hopefully we shall have them on BBC soon - wud have been so much easier with more bikes at Oracle and possibly a good one on one which was missing. A couple of bikers could come but without bikes. I asked them not to as it wud not have been worth the effort for presentation alone.

All in all a good experience. Thanks to Uttam & Ramalakshmi who helped organize this.

thx,
dodo
