The FCC has their own court and judges. No jury and no right to an
attorney. Where is th ACLU on this?

They do??? Cool!!! I'm firing up the ol' Mr. Microphone tonight! Power
102.1 lives!

Errrr... I mean, after I get back from covering the Inter-Caribbean
Senior Figure Skating Championships and Cigar Smoke-Off in Habana,
Cuba, this evening, of course.

By the way, why would the University of California at Los Angeles
(ACLU) care about pirate radio?

Looks as if Chuckie thinks they are secret courts. Had he clicked on
the cases he would have seen legal summaries and I am willing to offer
him very favorable odds there there is a transcript of the hearing that
he could easily obtain.
Then again, I doubt if he understands the difference between a
criminal trial and an administrative law case.

Wow! I'm filling out my diary to that effect! No, wait...I can just
buy one of those new IBOC/HD radios w/ the "locator" chip, so
"they'll" know what I listen to!

There's little ice in Iceland, lots in Greenland. When Olaf the
Thunderous drew the maps for Volvo in the 8th century, he decided to
be a funny p---k and troll.

Ah! that 'splains it, thanks. I seem to be descended from either Sven
the Moderately Competent or Birpe the Patently Offensive, or both.
The Vikings are not mentioned much in my family, undoubtedly due to
the way they became relatives. ;)
