My name is Lenore Presley.  I am a DeafBlind woman living in Sacramento, CA.  I am not a customer or anything.  I am writing to inquire whether your company is servicing VarioUltra braille displays, formerly manufactured by BAUM in Germany.

I am on the AppleBraille mailing group list.  Word has gone out that your company had agreed to service or repair VarioUltra braille displays after BAUM went bankrupt in Germany.  I would like to verify the information with you.  Please advise me if your company is servicing the displays and if so, where.  In Grass Valley?
