Video telephony stack

I heard that the video telephony stack(3G-324M) is supported by
OpenCore 2.0 from some news.
Where can I get the OpenCore 2.0?

Furthermore, Do somebody know when Android will support the feature? I
don't want to implement it by myself if Android will have the feature.

I found the some 324M stack code in Android 1.5.
Did somebody try the 324M stack? Is it stable enough for video
telephony?
