Hello All,

I've just uploaded a new version of Android Mock to the Downloads page at http://android-mock.googlecode.com.  There are significant internal changes in this release, but the one detail of importance for users is an additional setup step needed for running with Eclipse (as follows):

(Please refer to the AndroidMockInEclipse PDF instructions)
When adding the Variables for ANDROID_RUNTIME and APP_UNDER_TEST on the Java Compiler -> Annotation Processor -> Factory Path tab you must now add one additional variable named ANDROID_FRAMEWORK_MOCKS.  Create this as a variable (Add Variable...) which will be a file entry pointing at the file named <path to your android mock folder>/bin/android_framework_mocks.jar.  This follows the exact same steps as for the creation of ANDROID_RUNTIME, except the variable name is different, and the jar file is different.  The procedure to create the variable is identical.

I will be updating the documentation in due course, but for now please refer to the amendment to the AndroidMockInEclipse-1.0.1.pdf instructions as listed above.

If you encounter trouble, please note that the older version of Android Mock is still available via the Downloads section (search for All downloads or Deprecated downloads) and please report any problems encountered.

Thank you,

Steve

  Hello,

I am not able to get the location of ANDROID_FRAMEWORK_MOCKS.  Create this as a variable (Add Variable...) which   will be a file entry pointing at the file named <path to your android mock folder>/bin/android_framework_mocks.jar
