Building on Ubuntu AMD64 bit enviroment

Hi All,
I am wondering if anyone has successfully rebuild the open source on a
Linux 64 bit enviroment. I already install all 32 bit lib for my GCC
and I still get these errors:

libstdc++.a when searching for -lstdc++
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lstdc++

You need to install the package g++-multilib for this particular error.
