You're welcome.
You don't need a batch file. Right-click the desktop and select
New > Shortcut. Copy/paste the command line into the box
provided, then give it a name. Change the icon by right-clicking
the shortcut and selecting Properties.

did you ever think to just go to settings, control panel, click display,
click the settings tab, and then when you click on advanced, you can
check on the general tab for show settings icon on the taskbar?
then the blue little display icon is always there on the taskbar to set
whatever it is you need to without going back into control panel or
having an extra shortcut icon on your desktop...

How is someone supposed to just "think" to do this if they had no idea
