I married my USC husband in March. At that time I worked in another
state and I went to my husband's place during the weekend. Two month
ago I quit my permanent job, moved to my husband place and lived
together.
Last week we had the interview for marriage green card. At first the
interview went well.
20 minutes later, the supervisor came in, let me leave the room, then
told my husband that our marriage is fraud, threatened him to sign a
form to terminate the application and pay fines. My husband refused to
sign and argued with them. Finally they let him go and told him that
they could not make a decision.
I thought that we are from different states raised a red flag. But
they even didn't bother listen to my husband's explanation.
Now the result could be denial or the second interview. What could we
do about this?

Hi:

In my opinion, time to hire a lawyer.
