Anjie Goff the journalist went across to meet Alexandra Messervy
formerly of Her Majesty's Household for a tour of Royal Wedding London
recently, not that that has anything to do with the price of fish. On
her blog she says:

I love it: Capitalizing off the the Royal ‘I Dos’ across the pond.
There are a couple local events going on in celebration of Prince
William & Kate Middleton’s big day. For the more adventurous and
fortunate – we’ve got the inside skinny on how you can partake in the
celebration in England.

"Inside skinny"?

geddit?
Does that help anyone?

My subconscious says "to go in to dinner" (Mme est servie). I still
don't understand the first part. Something to do with Froeken'g off?

How an American instructs a thin person to get out of harsh weather.
Needs a comma.

Alternatively, "inside information." American slang. Any good
American dictionary will include it.

Inside at the moment. Skinny? -- No comment.

There's a very tempting connection between one Julie Moir Messervy and Yo-Yo
Ma, who have collaborated on a number of things. If they married, I missed
the news.
Is the answer then, to go up and down?

I could also make a case for the answer being Me.
(Messervy being the real name of M in the Bond novels, plus the e as in
Traverse)
