Wow that last episode of Shadow Raiders really kicked ass!
I visited the YTV site, and saw that, at least in the following week,
there'll be no new Shadow Raiders episode playing, instead they'll be
showing some Christmas shows, and they only list up to
episode13[Armageddon Day (part2)] in the episode list. By this I'm gonna
suppose that they're gonna start the next 13 episodes in January, is
that right???? Because I was under the impression that there were 26
episodes in season 1.

<spoiler space (u may not want to know this if u haven't seen it yet, It
really kicked ass)>

<end spoiler space>

And I was wondering though if I was the only one who got chills down the
back when Graveheart says a line which I thought was typically Bob's,
when beginning the final attack on Remora ...
which went something like :"But most of all people ... Stay Frosty".
Now that was absolutely the coolest and most unexpected thing I've heard
him say! Don't you think!!?

I think your impression is wrong. These CGI series are a lot slower
to make and therefore have shorter seasons.

Yes. Because Season 1 only has 13 episodes. I assume Season 2 will have
that many too. They must've decided that 26 was too many episodes for
one season, so they split it in two.

episodes." Is it a misprint or something?

You're probably right, they must've decided mid-way to cut the original 26 planned
episodes to 13 episodes for season 1. But it wasn't a typo, because they say that
season 1 was to be 26 episodes, on more than one occasion. Ahh well ... what can'ya
do bout it eh!One more thing, I don't quite remember, how many episodes was season
2 originally supposed to have?

OK..makes sense. Atleast it will give me a chance to finish off my tape.
I never got episode 1 on tape..and when I taped the clip show episode recently
the station (or my cable company) was really messed up and it was almost
unwatchable.

I forget too..think it was something like 40 episodes all together..so with
season 1 having 26 eps (orginally) it was supposed to be 14 for season 2..but
my memory might not be working.

Hi Guys;
Sorry to come in so late on this - BC Tel decided to shut down our news server
for no apparent reason and it took forever for them to figure out what had
happened and get us up again. SO......
I'm back!
To clarify this terribly confusing situation about the number of eps per
season -
As things stand right now there were 13 in season one and will be 13 in season
two. Season three has not yet been deliniated, so I can't say for sure on
that. It could be 14 eps - thus 12 half hours and a one hour special - but it
hasn't been decided yet by the broadcaster.
Season two should start airing in September with the new TV season.
And I'll get our web guy to change the text at the site ot reflect the new
reality. Thanks for the tip off.
Mairi

What surprised me most about the first season wasn't that it was only 13
episodes, but that they were all shown straight through with no breaks for
reruns. I hope they do that again, so I can retape them on a T-130...

Now is that right or is it another error like that 26 episodes of Shadow
Raiders thing? lol.
