I am sure that Mack would gladly give you the telephone number of the
group of untruthful doctors whom I used to work for. You may certainly

seeing these things may justifiably conclude that it is you that is out
of step, not the other 15 or 20 cardiologists in Ocala. As I have in the
past, I am trying to get you to see the reality of the situation from
outside your head. You have chosen to ignore the
good advice I tried to give while you were here. I hope you will soon
realize you are doing yourself more harm than good by publishing your
dispute. It would be better to let it go, before your reputation suffers

Speaking of reputations, I have spent 35 years building mine. I can call
on physicians from around the world and this community to attest to it.
I can also call upon the many physicians I trained to do cardiac
catheterization (over 25 years) to offer a positive opinion about my
work. You can't. Being just out of training, you have no reputation
except the one you have just established here in Ocala. You are
continuing to establish your reputation by publishing your website. How
do you think what you have said would look to another physician-perhaps
an employer- when he reads it? Do you think he or anyone would conclude
that you are a reputable physician, easy to work with and a team player?

Personally, if I find that you speak disparagingly of me, or my work to
any patient or physician, be assured I will not take the matter lightly.
Whatever you think of me personally, or whatever you think of my
professional activity, you do not have the right to condemn either me or
the work to another and thereby compromise my reputation. You may
disagree with me, or state we have a difference of opinion, but you may
not state that I am practicing less that optimum cardiology. Once again,
if I find that you have done so (and I hope it has not happened yet) I
will certainly take the matter to the State Board of Medicine for a
hearing. If the Florida State Board finds cause, and renders a censure,
that must be transmitted to all other State Boards on your next and all
future applications for licensure. And once again, just common sense
should tell you that hitting back in your situation is counterproductive
and could be disastrous for you. But as I told you face to face, you may
have great book smarts, but your actions have shown that you have no
common sense that permits you to operate successfully in a professional
community. And, once again, I will tell you what I did before, you do
not operate in a vacuum. Your practice, wherever it may be, must be
according to the community standard, regardless of what you perceive
that to be. And an attitude that you vocalized by saying that you were
unable to change the community standard in Ocala speaks loudly and
clearly about your perception of reality and your inability to work with
your colleagues.

Dr. Chung, I urgently advise you to let the past go. Look to your future
which could be bright. If you persist in these efforts of hitting back
and trying to justify your actions to a world that looks upon such
attempts as childish or immature and unprofessional, you will continue
to do yourself a disservice. You lost your job because you talked
yourself out of it.

know nothing about and have no comment on it beyond your smarmy

believe what I do say will probably be twisted or interpreted by you to

suit your purposes." Much as you do today and have had pointed out
repeatedly.

And if you had evidence of criminal behavior, as you aver, the contract
is irrelevant. You could have gone to the licensing board with real
evidence and they would have taken it seriously. You could have filed
complaints with the authorities, civil and professional.

Nothing came of your complaints except you were fired and that decision
was upheld in arbitration.

It's very much like your complaints against a doctor here who challenged
you. You went to the police with false allegations and they didn't even
bother to investigate them beyond the most superficial glance, where
they saw the absurdity of your position. Case dismissed. You complained
to the licensing board and they didn't even bother to hold an inquiry.
Case dismissed. You fling serious accusations around as freely as your
sanctimonious prattling and actually seem to think that a reasonable
person should believe what you say. Right after you lie/distort about
trifles, as shown at the top of this post.

They have refused to disclose the content of the meetings they have had
behind closed doors. So much for the "sunshine laws" in the "sunshine"
state. Suffice it to say that this matter took several months for them
to conclude with "not enough evidence" despite their awareness of the
existence of arbitration records which remains unaccessed by them.

Until they access the arbitration transcripts, their claim that there is
"insufficient evidence" to prosecute Dr. Hildner will always lack

Correct. The criminal issues remain in the hands of the Florida State
Medical Board. They can access the arbitration transcripts any time.

Is it your claim that both Dr. Nagler and law enforcement agents are

The GA State Medical Board can not do more than exact the professional
penalities that it had already exacted on Dr. Nagler for his past
unprofessional conduct of violating HIPAA statutes regarding the privacy
of the medical records of his own patients.

The fact remains that Dr. Nagler is well known to the GA State Medical
Board for his past unprofessional conduct and when I filed my complaint,
they verbally acknowledged that Dr. Nagler was a "problem" physician and
it was their hope that my complaint would stop his on-line behavior.

It remains my choice to remain openly Christian even if it bothers
doctors like Jeff Utz to distraction. As for whether my choice "hounds

going against the "blue" line (ie Serpico).

This has nothing to do with race (ie white versus non-white). Indeed,
my former employers were not entirely white.

True, but you have often used the dishonest power to delete the words in

But that is not the same meaning as "factual truth," which has always
been the issue in this newsgroup. "Jesus is the truth" refers to the
nature of God as reliable, dependable, unchanging, a spiritual haven:
the true one.

Your alternation between resorting to pedantic trivialities of word
usage and using the same English word in multiple connotations simply
deepens your lack of credibility.
