now first things first, Jelqing if done correctly WILL NOT in any way
harm your penis anymore than masterbating will... when you first begin
Jelqing you want to take it easy, and concentrate on the time it taked
you to do a Jelq than the pressure in which you apply the Jelq... when i
refer to a "jelq" i mean one stroke/milk... so the technique i use was
taught to me by an Arab friend of mine, who has been doing the Jelq for
some 10 years... THERE IS NO NEED WHAT SO EVER TO GO TO A PAY SITE AND
LEARN TO JELQ... if you follow what i post here you will see the gains
you desire...
so first off what you want to do is stretch your penis out for a warm
up... so take your hand and grip your penis right behind the head, use
baby powder or corn startch so your hands dont slip... Now, pull your
penis strait out from your body, "if your just begening these stretches,
dont pull to hard, just enuff to feel a good stretch"... now hold this
for 20 seconds then release...
next pull to the left, hold 20 seconds, then to the right, the strait up
twards your chin, then strait down, each time holding for 20 seconds...
next you want to grasp the penis and rotate it in a circular motion for
about 20 seconds...
"now repeat this whole set for about 3 to 4 sets"... now the next step
is to warm your penis and surrounding areas... you can do this using a
hot cloth or do what i do and just do it in a hot bath... so warm
yourself from 5-10 minutes and your ready to jeql... NOW first things
first you want to jelq in a semi erect state... if you have
a "rock hard" erection, DO NOT JELQ...
so when your ready this is how you form your jelq hand... place your
hand out infront of you, with your palm facing the floor... now make an
"OK" with your index and thumb mind you your palm still facing the floor
turn the "ok" towards you...
this is the hand position for the best jelq... NOW, start at the base of
the penis at the pubic bone, and as i said earlier, if you are just
beginning use a gentle to moderate stroke/milk... really concentrate on
milking the blood from the base of your penis to the head... each
jelq/stroke should last 1 second at least, but i do mine between 2-3
really concentrating and feeling the blood surge to the head...
now you want to make sure and LUBE up first... i use either vasaline or
KY jelly... DO NOT USE SOAP!!! soap can get into the opening in your
penis and cause it to sting or become irritated... now if your just
starting jelqing, do between 300-500 jelqs in a session... after a few
weeks you can increase from 500-800 or even
1000... but even at 500 it is adiquate... now i reference to some common
questions i will answer here...
1. its more than normal to see some purple/red blood spotting around the
penis... i still experience them, they go away in a few hours...
2. if you are uncircumsized, you still jelq the same way... and its more
than common and ok if your foreskin at the base of the head gets swolen
or puffy... if this happens you know your doing your jelq right:)...
3. DO NOT JELQ with a totaly erect penis, as it can possible cause
damage to the larger veins in the penis...
4. i have found jelqing everyother day, works best...
5. on the days you dont jelq, do the warm up stretches!!! do 10-15 sets
of them... these stretches alone can lenghithen the penis in only a few
short months alone... so coupled with jelqing they are awsome...
6. no for the results... most often, and even in my case i saw noticable
gains first in my flacid length... i saw these gains going into the
middle of my second week...
7. usually gains then will be observed in girth into your 3rd to 4 week
along with some increase in Length...
as with any exercise, the ones who suceede are the ones that can
dedicate themselves to the long term goal... if you loose heart into the
first few weeks because you dont see gains right off, you are likely not
to suceed... i am also a personal trainer, and i dont know how many men
and women i see fail due to impatients... as with anything worth while,
you have to be willing to sacrifice your time and energy
to see results...
