My Fellow Freedom Fighters, I am VERY pleased to announce that Criminon
will be delivering a HOW TO Seminar on the FREEWINDS.
ABLE International is holding the Convention and I will be hosting a
seminar on the HOW TO's for Criminon.
HOW TO start a Criminon Group-
HOW TO set the Group up-
HOW TO get into a Prison and introduce Criminon-
HOW TO get hundreds of inmates started on Course-
HOW TO safe point(create allies) with the Officials-
HOW TO assist your local police/probation/parole to reduce crime,
HOW TO restore the criminals self respect-
HOW TO get responsibility restored in the criminal.
This SEMINAR is going to enlighten and hat you as to WHY Criminon is
VITAL to the creation of a new civilization,without criminality ,without
war ,without the insane!

resulting crimes as if one committed them! So criminality as a factor

If we do not reach the criminal while he is incarcerated, statistics
show that he WILL come out- 95% of all inmates are released
eventually-and 70% of them will commit crimes of a stronger nature!
Something can be done about this and, my friends ,something MUST be done
about this.
I will also be enlightening you on the inroads we are making around the
world. It is looking good! There is a LOT more to do though.
I look forward to seeing you there so that we do PUT THERE the ARC and
Tech that will salvage this sector of society- criminal justice
sector-that is bleeding every country on earth dry!

The best way to "restore responsibility" in a criminal is to teach him
that all his bad acts are the result of "engrams" from the womb along
with "Body Thetans" sticking to him, right?

SUMMARY
This line is meant to be FAST. It will take many new social betterment
groups and activities to turn around the dwindling spiral of our society and
create the expansion necessary to rid this planet of its social ills. The

Note that most of the "ABLE" addresses at the end are Orgs, and that this
campaign to push ABLE groups is dated last year.

There is a book "Modern Management Techniques Defined" that apparently uses
a lot of Hubbard HCOPLs.
Apparently a version published in 1986 was still using the 7 Mar 65
fair game HCOPL, which lost them a court case in 1989 when Scientology
was suing in Germany over such issues, proclaiming fair game was long gone.
Then this book was introduced as evidence.
Case lost.
I have not seen this book, but I suspect it would be an interesting volume
to check out if found in any used book stores. It would be interesting to
see if any of the front groups peddling Hubbard managment tech have been
recommending and selling this book.
