Woo Hooooooooo!!!

Way to go IAS~~~

I got my money back (from IAS ) :))))

And YES! I am very, very happy about that. It isn't even the money (although it
will come in handy) ....but moreso it is they doing what their policy says to
do. Whether I believe in it or not, I am happy they who say they do are seeing
it correctly applied by ONE of their groups.

IAS (for any new people) stands for International Association of
Scientologists. It is a membership group that is supposed to be doing great
things with the membership money. After left, I found out how much was being
used to pay legal bills, PI's, and payoffs, so I asked for my money back.

I was a very unhappy "member", asked for my money back, and they sent it.

I would like to publically thank IAS for sending me my money back.

Hopefully the other groups who have my money will be as standard, and I can
thank them, too.

This includes:

The Freewinds
Flag (FSO)
Flag Accomo's
ASHO

I look forward to hearing from each of you, and Freewinds,,,,after sending me
an invoice for 10 YEARS saying I have OT 8 and 2 Intensives,,,to now say I have
"NOTHING ON ACCOUNT" is completely bogus and fraudulent.

Don't do that;...it is "out tech".

Best to all!!

I'm kinda proud of the IAS, in a weird way.

But maybe it's just me....

This seems very unlikely. How about scanning the check into a digital
image and posting it to a.b.s.?

Sorry babe,,,,already cashed.

Unlikely? Well, actually quite a number of us have now gotten their money back
from IAS. For some reason they are quite fast about returning any money paid,
at least this year. I suggest if you want it, write them a letter.

Good point Queso! It actually arrived at my house on March 31st, but I think I
will count it as my Favorite April Fools Joke.

For the record, it isn't a joke, and I happily got my money back. :)

Best to you,

Tory/Magoo!

>Could it be that IAS is worried about a possible Class-Action Suit ?

I think they fear *any* legal action which would lead to investigation of the
criminal activities and money-laundering that IAS exists for.

Whenever you hear about anyone being stalked, harassed, sued, libelled
internationally, having crimes committed against them, or being "investigated,"
that is ALL paid for by the IAS "war chest."

OSA is funded at least partly through IAS, and the dirty tricks ops, at least
on the Int level, IAS. We don't know the full links. One path would be

IAS war chest --> [unknown] --> Alan Cartright --> Talon Security --> [OSA/PIs]
IAS war chest --> [unknown] --> RTC --> Elliott Abelson --> Eugene Martin
Ingram

IAS war chest --> [unknown] --> Kendrick Moxon --> Donald Wager --> perjurers
to lie about Graham Berry

There are any number of money lines like this and they switch all the time.
Some of these lawyers can work for "ASI" or "BPI" or "RTC" almost
interchangably. The [unknown] area may be entirely blank, and it might just go
directly from IAS to RTC to various lawyers and then to the PIs with no
intermediate steps.

I think IAS is worried about ANYTHING that might get them into a
court. They _just might_ have a few things in their closet that
they wouldn't want to let out.

ANYONE who wants money back from IAS should apply for it now!

As soon as the first court case DOES come up, the door will be
closed, but I suspect that they'll do anything to keep things
out of court. Of course, eventually, they will end up in court
anyway thanks to the footbullet of letting us all know exactly
how afraid they are of any scrutiny of their dealings.

Well, it's like this. You were a member, they
no longer want you to be a member, thus you
are no longer a member. Good news, however.

The ARSCC will look up the IAS database to
prove this, of course.
