The odd thing about this report is that these TOP FSM awards were
presented by Heber Jentzsch, President of the Church of Scientology
International. The reason that is odd is because traditionally, and for
as long as I can remember, these awards were given out by ED Int.

I can not explain ED Int's absence from this event. Let's see if he
shows up for the LRH Birthday event next week.

POWER FSMs FOR 2004

Awarded on stage were FSMs who had personally, and in one year,
assisted 100 or more people onto and up The Bridge. While that number
is impressive in itself, the reality of how they do it is even more
so.

By way of stellar example is Denice Duff, an FSM from Celebrity Centre
International who has been an active disseminator for the past six
years. She is a Class IV Auditor, Ethics Specialist and OT Doctorate
graduate, on Solo NOTs.

One of the most productive members of her org's OT Committee, this
year she delivered 35 seminars to new public covering the basics of
Scientology. She has also been conducting industry seminars to
hundreds, bringing the tech to actors and filmmakers to assist them in
their careers. An active Volunteer Minister, Denice does radio shows
on Scientology, and otherwise disseminates everywhere she goes-which
is how she personally brought 108 people into Scientology this year,
while spreading the truths of LRH tech to 200,000 more on the
airwaves.

Another Power FSM honored at the event was one who works primarily at
the higher levels, helping Scientologists to OT: Niels Kjeldsen from
Denmark. Niels came into Scientology in 1976 and after taking his
first course immediately began disseminating and has never stopped. He
began by moving every one of his friends and colleagues at work onto
The Bridge. Then he went on national television, delivering a series
of shows disseminating to millions across the country. And since he
always ensured those he guided onto The Bridge kept on ascending the
Grade Chart, he soon became the top FSM for AOSH EU, and held that
title for 10 years straight. As a full time Field Staff Member, Niels
also moved up both sides of The Bridge, training to Class VI on the
Saint Hill Special Briefing Course and completing New OT VIII.

He tours throughout Scandinavia, Germany, France and Holland. And this
year, he helped 42 people onto the Grade Chart, 80 onto OT levels, 32
more onto OT VII at Flag and otherwise was responsible for 373 OT
level completions this year.

Next was Power FSM Warren Bruckmann from Johannesburg, South Africa. A
true pioneer, he blazed a trail through remote regions of Africa,
disseminating across the continent and opening new groups wherever he
went. He began with the first Dianetics seminars in Dar Es Salaam,
Tanzania, which, in turn, sparked the immediate formation of a new
group, now 170 members strong.

Traveling to Nairobi, Kenya, Warren held lectures and workshops and
then formed eight new groups. In Botswana he introduced DMSMH to the
Mayor of the capital city, who immediately arranged for a full
briefing on Dianetics to the entire City Council. That resulted in two
more groups, one of them soon to become the first mission in that
nation. All told, in addition to moving over 100 new public onto The
Bridge at Johannesburg Org, Warren started 11 groups across four
countries and further gave introductory seminars to another 2,000--all
in 2004.

HIGHEST EVER POWER FSMs

"While I have shown you only a few examples." continued Mr. Jentzsch,
"those are the types of activities that repeat one after the other
with tonight's awardees, for they have accomplished a task that in
itself not only demands extreme dedication, bait one which is the Very
essence of the word compassion. And this year, we have the largest
ever number of Power FSMs."

The Power FSMs he then called to the stage came from every corner of
the Earth. And their production was responsible for bringing close to
10,000 people onto and up The Bridge, one-on-one, in a single year.

Hey, Patty Cerri Peanuts, to who of this list do you all owe money that
you don't intent to pay back?

This is getting to be like monitoring the reviewing stand during the May
Day parade in Red Square to detect changes in the Party's management.
