Hello,

as some of you might be aware, the Minister of the Interior in Germany,
Dr. Wolfgang Schäuble is due to announce whether official proceedings to ban
Scientology and its affiliated front groups and associations from Germany
will be started, soon.

During our raids, we had lots of support from locals, telling us their
stories about how they get harassed every day when passing the Scientology
building. They also wanted to know how they can help in bringing down
organized Scientology.

For this reason, a member of the anon cell Stuttgart composed a form letter
addressed to Dr. Schäuble in support of any attempt to ban the Scientology
Organisation from Germany once and for all.

The form letter in original German can be got from here:
http://anon.tjps.eu/formbriefe/Formbriefc.pdf
The original LaTeX code is available here:
http://anon.tjps.eu/formbriefe/Formbriefc.tex

Our goal is to bring this letter to as many people as possible so they can
give their signature to make clear they do not want to have a criminal
organization like Scientology in the country of Germany.

If you want to support us in this endeavour, please consider signing the
letter and sending it on its way. A rough translation of the letter
follows:

#########
Dear Dr. Schäuble,

in the course of the Anonymous protests against Scientology I was alerted to
the human rights abusing practices of the Scientology-Organisation (SO). In
this letter, I want to campaign for the government to utilise all
constitutional means at its disposal to work against the criminal
Scientology-Organisation.

Criminal methods of the Scientology-Organisation include undercutting
society, politics and economy, the exploitation of its members and the
mercyless persecution of critics, no matter whether they are former members
of the SO or outsiders.

On 12.02.2008 the anticonstitutional aspects of Scientology were once again
confirmed by the Higher Administrative Court in Münster. This is only one
of many court decisions against the Scientology-Organisation, for instance
the Federal Labour Court already dealt with the practices of the SO in a
seminal judgement back in 1995. The expertise "Health- and judicial risks
in Scientology" by Küfner, Schön and Nedopil from the year of 2002 contains
evidence regarding following felonies:

- §263 StGB (fraud)
- §5 Law for Nonmedical practicioning (HeilprG)
- §130 passage 2 Nr. 1a StGB (sedition)
- §201 StGB (Infraction of the confidentiality of the word)
- $129 StGB (Formation of a criminal association).

In particular cases the expertise considers further felonies like:

- §229 StGB (bodily injury caused by negligence)
- §§223 or 229, 13 StGB (bodily infury caused by inaction)
- §240 StGB (coercion)
- §291 StGB (extortion)(107).

The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution which monitors
Scientology since 1997 writes in one of its reports for the year of 2007
among other things:

- [S.284]: "The SO repudiates the democratic legal system and strives to
replace it with its would-be 'superior code of law'".
- [S.286]: "Another document of the endeavours against human rights and the
constitutional state is finally the existence of a corporate
owned secret service, the 'Office of Special Affairs' (OSA),
active worldwide including Germany".
- [S.286]: "It is an universal attribute of the SO that it defames all
critics and opponents of its ideology as criminal and ill."

Thus, also the German Ministers at the Conference of the Ministers of the
Interior in December of 2007 were unified in their opinion
that "Scientology is an organisation incompatible with the constitution".

Even if Scientology presents itself as a charitable organisation in public
space and promises members solutions to their problems, it still is an
organisation striving for money and power which subdues its members with
psychological tricks to maximise its profit. To this end and for the
purpose of obfuscation, it created numerous front groups, like WISE (World
Institute of Scientology Enterprises), ABLE (Association for Better Living
and Education) and KVPM (Commission for Offenses of Psychiatry against
Human Rights) to name a few.
These front groups serve the goal to disseminate the ideas of the
Scientology-Organisation in all walks of life. At the same time, the SO
tries to hide its true ideology using massive publicity and half-truths.

I therefore demand a ban of the Scientology-Organisation and I want to
support all endeavours to ban this organisation.

Sincerely,

#########

But they've got these museums. I am sure a lot more people will want
to visit and bring their children along if a bit more reality could be
added.

You silly nazi, you! Of course the Germans will not gas anyone, in the
current duration anyway. You might vote to have them waxed, though.

Waxing is good so long as they don't spoil the eyes. I mean they
wouldn't be scienos without the unblinking death stare.
