ERNIE MARTIN
ERNIE MARTIN was Declared a SUPPRESSIVE PERSON by Flag Conditions
Order 6768. The purpose of this issue is to provide further
information on Ernie Martin and the SUPPRESSIVE GROUP which he has
helped to found and promote called by various names such as: "Galactic
Patrol", "Sector 9" and "Elite Forces Unit".
It should be noted that Ernie Martin has a long history of out ethics
behavior and affiliation with squirrel activities. In 1974, Ernie
founded and ran a group called „Tagoshi" which was subsequently
labelled a squirrel group. This was a martial arts school which
combined altered Scientology materials as part of the courses on
martial arts taught there. These courses did not have issue authority,
did not use actual Source materials, and were designed in such a way
as to give students losses.
In early 1980, Ernie falsified information in order to try and get
onto New World Corps lines. He said that his certificates were in
force when in fact they had been cancelled by FCO 4679-1 in July 1977.
Additionally, he told the Dissem Sec NWC that he had done the
prerequisites of Hubbard NED,Graduate Case Supervisor when he hadn't.
There are at least 6 documented instances of gross out tech on
preclears that Ernie Martin was C/Sing at his Purification Center.
This is fully delineated in Senior HCO PAC Ethics Order 280-1 of 11
May 1981. This Ethics Order was the Findings and Recommendations of a
Committee of Evidence that had been called on Ernie and which found
him guilty of numerous instances of out tech.
Ernie Martin has claimed that he is a Class VIII, a Class VI, and L-11
and L-12 completion and a NOTs completion; when in fact he has never
completed any of these levels ever. In the past he has promoted
himself as a Sea Org Member in good standing when he was not on staff
in any capacity whatsoever. Also, Ernie has often claimed that he is
on a "special mission for Ron". This is completely untrue. Ernie
enjoys no special status and, in fact, has been in bad standing with
the Church for long periods of time over the last 8 years or so.
Recently, Ernie Martin and a handful of people who live at his house
have been engaging in activities as part of a group calling itself the
"Galactic Patrol". This group was founded by Ernie Martin and Bill
Robertson. The people who have been adhering to this group are:

GORDON BELL
MIKE LOBDELL
JOHN CARSON
BILL KNIGHT
BAMBI JEULICH
JOHN NILSSON
(who is also known as "J. J.", John Falcon and Jay Silverbird)
This group mocks the Sea Org and has been issuing pseudo ethics orders
"declaring" several Scientologists in good standing. [...]
non-existent persons such as "Astar Paramejgian". These issues, which
are symptomatic of a Type III PTS situation, accuse several long term,
loyal Scientologists of being "FBI agents" operating out of a „secret
headquarters" in Encino. The "secret headquarters" they name is an
office of an insurance company which, of course, has nothing to do
with the FBI. This group has harrassed some Scientologists in good
standing by standing on the lawn of their house, wearing black berets
and refusing to leave.
The issues put out by the "Galactic Patrol" have been made to appear
like Church related promotional material. One issue of theirs features
a prominent picture of the Founder on its cover. However, the issues
themselves are full of degrading remarks, falsehoods and gibberish.
This group has twice placed copies of these issues on org bulletin
boards or on windshields of cars parked at the Church. These issues
have been quickly spotted by Church staff and public as squirrelly and
fraudulent and have been turned into HCO, so they have not had a wide
public distribution. Nevertheless, it was the intent of the "Galactic
Patrol" that these issues be widely disseminated. Additionally, this
group is illegally using a registered trademark, the Sea Organization
symbol.
According to HCO PL 16 May 1980 Issue II, ETHICS SUPPRESSIVE ACTS,
SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS and the Introduction to
Scientology Ethics Book, the SUPPRESSIVE ACTS which Ernie Martin and
the other members of the "Galactic Patrol" are Guilty of are:
1. CONTINUED ADHERENCE TO A PERSON OR GROUP ACCURATELY PRONOUNCED A
SUPPRESSIVE PERSON OR GROUP BY HCO.
2. ORGANIZING SPLINTER GROUPS TO DIVERGE FROM SCIENTOLOGY PRACTICES,
STILL CALLING IT SCIENTOLOGY OR SOMETHING ELSE.
3. ORGANIZING A SPLINTER GROUP TO USE SCIENTOLOGY DATA OR ANY PART OF
IT TO DISTRACT PEOPLE FROM STANDARD SCIENTOLOGY.
4. ACTING IN ANY WAY CALCULATED TO LOSE THE TECHNOLOGY OF DIANETICS
AND SCIENTOLOGY TO USE OR IMPEDE ITS USE OR SHORTEN ITS MATERIALS OR
ITS APPLICATION.
5. NEGLECT OR VIOLATION OF HCO PL 7 FEB 65 (REISSUED 15 JUNE 70)
KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY WORKING.
6. PRONOUNCING SCIENTOLOGISTS GUILTY OF THE PRACTICE OF STANDARD
SCIENTOLOGY.
7. WILLFUL MISAPPLICATION.
Members of this group are also Guilty of the following Crimes:
1. KNOWING AND REPEATED DEPARTURES FROM STANDARD TECHNOLOGY,
INSTRUCTIONAL PROCEDURES OR POLICY.
2. HARMFUL, FLAGRANT AND CONTINUED CODE BREAKS RESULTING IN IMPORTANT
UPSETS.
3. SPREADING DESTRUCTIVE RUMORS ABOUT SENIOR SCIENTOLOGISTS.
4. HOLDING SCIENTOLOGY MATERIALS OR POLICIES UP TO RIDICULE, CONTEMPT
OR SCORN.

6. BEING A KNOWING ACCESSORY TO A SUPPRESSIVE ACT.
Therefore, this group is hereby Declared a SUPPRESSIVE GROUP. Its
members are barred from Advanced Courses. All the members of this
group listed in this issue are hereby declared SUPPRESSIVE PERSONS by
virtue of the acts they have committed as members of this group and by
their adherence to Ernie Martin, who was accurately declared a
SUPPRESSIVE PERSON by Flag Conditions Order 6768 on 26 May 1982.
The recourse of the members of the "Galactic Patrol" is to apply steps
A-E of HCO PL 16 May 1980 II. Should they fail to do so, they will be
expelled from the Church of Scientology.
As covered in HCO PL 16 May 1980 II ETHICS ACTS SUPPRESSION OF
SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS, should any member of the "Galactic
Patrol" claim the label to be false they may request a Committee of
Evidence.
It should be noted that while Scientology is experiencing a period of
great expansion currently, with delivery occurring in excellent volume
and new doors opening for Scientology every day, this group is seeking
only to dramatize their "whole track" and restimulate themselves and
others. Their distraction to those who are carrying forward with the
purpose of Scientology cannot be abided.

Bambi Jeulich. Must be the same one. I mean, how many "Bambis" can
there be?
If I recall correctly...
She was an FSM. She was given a mailing list of names and addresses of
public in an area, where she was supposed to be doing a tour for the
Sea Org orgs there. Instead, this list was given to this group she
joined.
There was an LRH policy that said to send FSMs on tour and give them a
mailing list from the area they are touring for. However, the person
who gave her this list got killed anyway. The policy seems to have
disappeared.
