track down Srinivas Peri's whereabouts (Thanks to the all-pervasive
power of information enabled by the Media and the Internet) he has
repaid me a significant fraction of my money he took from me. I am
gifting him the rest as a token of a lost friendship.

I observe from another post by the original poster
that he has now forgiven the perpetrator and the remaining
debt owed by him. Perhaps your mention of terrorism precipitated
this sudden "forgiveness". If true, this could indicate that both
the accuser and the accused may have been involved in some activity
that needs investigation. What do you think?

cook up some kind of a *Nigerian email* scam and will consequently
bring disgrace to Bharat.
Also pls note Jai Ji that the OP balked after you suggested that he
