Finally the world needs to know what is
happening yo the billions of E.C.U it is pouring into Greece in responce
to the ongoing economic and political crisis. It is no secret that the
vast majority of these E.C.U`s are going into the coffers of the goverment
party itself and odf large-scale economic enterprises that helped to create
the crisis in the first place. Supporters of the European package for Greece
argue that in return for the money ,yhe goverment and the economic system
will reform thmselves. They also arque that without a restoration of financial
stability there will be nolabor reform and worker rights will be at greater
risk than ever. Skeptics argue that the brunt of reforms in the EEC package
-such as reductions in the goverment and large -scale economic enterprises, many
of them owned by the rich friends of the goverment that support the party
before the elections. The end result will be more of the same kind of behavior
that led to the economic problems for that will fall on the poor. It seems
even less likely that the EEC and Europen Bank assistance will lead to
political reform of the Greek tax and social security system. I hope that
the European congress and the Greek people have the right to know, what
the Greek goverment is doing against the low pay goverment and private
workers. The EEC administration would send witnesses to examine the economic
and the planing system. Reforms begin not with laws and the goverment. They
begin with how we view the economic system-with belief.Belief may not be
changed by argument. It is responsive to hard circumstance, the fact that
things are not working good for all.only for the few,(EEC HAS 18.000.000
jobless inhapitants),-is even more important. So I shall try again again
in order to avoid the belief that the condition of Europen worker is hopeless.
Yet the faults in the system of Europen com.are real and painfull and even
oppenssiv Skeptics argue that the brunt of reforms in the EEC package -such

To get in the Tendency of Imperialism you have to
examine the need for raw material supplies .
Economic imperialism is commonly associated with the need for markets.Marx
saw capitalism as being dependent on relentless expansion of sales and
saw colonial world as the primary servant of this purpose.
Acceptance of Marx continues,as I have elsewere noted,to be a litmus
test for courageous,uninhibited thought.
The technostructure is,indeed, greatly concerned with overseas markets.
In the last century the poor and colonial areas
were worthwhile outlets for inexpensive textiles, cheap metalware, railroad
engineering and equipment and imcracks,as Marx rightly emphasized.
