Paid Notice: Deaths TALBOT, WILLIAM F.

TALBOT--William F., playwright and former Editor-inChief for 52 years,
of Samuel French, Inc. died May 22. A graduate of University of Notre
Dame and Columbia University, he served in the Navy during WWII. His
play ''Portrait of a Queen'', wa produced on Broadway and London's
West End. He is survived by wife Marilyn and their six children.
