XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX DRUDGE REPORT FINAL XXXXXXXXX MARCH 27, 1995
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

LOS ANGELES, CA-The REPORT has a hunch. Pat Buchanan will do much better in
his presidential bid than most political types currently suggest. While
some write Buchanan off as an 'extreme case', key players are not so quick
to dismiss his attempt to grab the republican nomination. Already the news
is dominated by Buchanan. With his opening declaration stating that his
campaign is going to be comprised of uncomfortable issues, Buchanan may just
be on to something. The DRUDGE REPORT has detected for quite sometime now
that the American people want real issues discussed. While Bob Dole gets
laughed at on talk-radio for his apparent willingness to cave in on issues,
Buchanan comes across as a true believer in his mission. However, death
threats against Buchanan have not been far and few between. The panic, in
fact, went into overdrive during the New Hampshire announcement. As
Buchanan started to speak, two pro-Zionists rushed the stage and started
screaming and waving signs that read 'Buchanan is a racist!' For us
watching the announcement live on C-SPAN all that was missing were the
gunshots. The anit-Buchanan protesters have filed a lawsuit claiming they
were hurt as Buchanan pushed them off the stage. We expect much more of
this in the year ahead. Patrick J. Buchanan seems ripe to dominate the
political story of this presidential cycle. But will he win?

WASHINGTON-Who or what is the subject of the next David Brock book remains a
secret. The upstart author's 'The Real Anita Hill' caused such waves in
important circles as did the AMERICAN SPECTATOR piece on the Arkansas
'Clinton-Trouper' alligations. Brock is staying quite on his new focus,
saying only that it will deliver fresh commotion.

NEW YORK-TODAY SHOW anchor Giselle Fernandez was on a roll this weekend.
Coming off of a segment on the 'New Age' and psychic phenomena, Fernandez
shared that she herself has been reading about prophets. In fact, she
rolled off information about a book she was reading on Edgar Cayce. Stating
that Cayce believed that Coca-Cola 'eats away at your intestine- at your
gutz.' Co-anchor Mike Schneider- in an effort to lighten up the tone-
asked, 'How about Diet Coke?' NBC advertising executives must have been
slightly nervous by that point. NBC has paid record money for the rights
to air the Atlanta 1996 Summer Olympics and 'Atlanta based' Coca-Cola has
purchased record
advertising time on those broadcasts. See you in Atlanta Giselle.

LOS ANGELES-One of the biggest spiked stories ever in the United States was leaking out at press time. The Federal Reserve may have to call off their planned 'new money' scheme. The plan was to replace current twenty dollar bills(on up) with new bills. Featuring a whole new look, the bills would also feature a new strip of traceable metal. The Fed was going to issue the new money by surprise this summer, give citizens very little warning, and allow only a few weeks to cash the old currency in. The s

hock announcement was in hopes of forcing 'blackmarket money' out into the light. The Assoicated Press ran a picture of the new rose colored twenty dollar bill last year (it is not clear if the rumored removal of the 'In God we trust' phrase is accurate) and since doing so has been viciously quite. What stopped the scheme? The eight percent drop in the dollar's value over the past month. While the financial world has been following the dollar's trouble like a hawk, the average A
merican has been unaware of any trouble. The fear of the Federal Reserve, and President Clinton, is that the surprise announcement of the long-planned money switch will shock those unknowing Joes and snowball into a 'my money is fake' panic. As the failed switch to the European metric system proved: American's do not take kindly to change. Was George Bush right when he warned during the last days of campaign 1992 to "Watch you wallot!"? Will the new 'rosebacks' be released and lead to shock? The ea

gles have been printed.

No. If Hillary Clinton can be painted as a radical liberal, Buchannan will
be all but videotaped saluting a fascist flag.
