We believe that any web developer should adhere to a minimum business
ethical standards in order to obtain the needed trust from customers.
Any person advertising himself as a webmaster while acting in a
dishonest manner is very damaging for the reputation of webmasters in
general.
For that reason, we believe it is our duty, to let you and the rest of
the world know that the member of this Group named Jerry Stuckle, who
is the owner of the web site at;
http://www.smartechhomes.com

products and services
If you have purchased any products or services from these fraudulent

It is like feeding a stray cat. Give it one morsel of food, and it
will be there all the time.

We're sorry to have to be the ones to tell you all this, but the
bottom line is, if you want to secure your hard-earned money, then you
better have your feet on the ground, and don't let yourself be cheated
by the likes of Jerry Stuckler.

Be aware also that Jerry Stuckler usually targets unaware uneducated
people, since there's no way that his scams can be successfully
applied on more resourceful people for obvious reasons.

Thank you for your attention.

In English: "I wanted to act like a whiny little child in as many newsgroups
as possible."

Just consider yourself lucky he doesn't continually post his lies in your
newsgroup as he does in a.w.w.

I'm getting a bit confused.
Who are you talking about ? Jerry, right?

I don't know if you, Steve, or any of you have come to realize that at
this point this is not a game anymore.
It ceased to be anything similar to a game the moment that Jerry
accused us of "scammers", "lacking business ethics", "not to be
trusted", etc. for the "world to know".
plus posting what he thought were my personal details.

You have absolutely no right to complain now if you didn't complain
then.

Now, that's what I call a libel.

Please, have a look at the "hard-working" libelist website:
www.SteveSobol.com
and tell me if I should ever waste my time trying to open his eyes ...

No, I'm talking about you lying.

While Jerry and I have had our differences at times, I trust him one hell of
a lot more than I trust you. People that jump on Usenet posting to a half-
dozen or more newsgroups that X is a fraud, continually and repeatedly posting
said claims and getting in the faces of those that argue against the claims,
are usually full of crap. If I have actual questions related to webdev, I can
ask them here and Jerry, among others, is often able to give cogent, accurate,
professional answers.

Oh, and that is SO much better than your claims about him. I didn't see the
post you are referring to. Perhaps give me a Message ID so I can find it on
Google?

Heh. :)

Because there's nothing there? :) Yeah, go look, it's just an under-
construction page. Whatever.

You DO lie. You keep calling me a spammer. I don't post the same
irrelevant crap to multiple newsgroups at once; that's the definition of
Usenet spamming; go look it up. Putting links in your signature isn't spamming
either, go look that up too, it's been true for decades.

I don't believe any of your claims about Jerry, either. If he was such a
horrible person, why didn't you just take the appropriate legal action a long
time ago instead of carping at him here, now? My guess is that you've done
absolutely nothing because your claims aren't actually true. And they're
serious claims that could get you into a lot of trouble if you pursued them
with the authorities.

Actually I'm pretty sure that not a single person that reads this group
agrees with you. For you to gain trust on usenet you must show willing to
co-operate and relate to people in a polite way. Until you realise that
you will get _no-where_. People will neither trust nor believe you.

Do yourself a favour and socialise properly.
