The most popular "stand" is a camper trailer, the kind that you would hitch
to the back of a truck. Obviously, Mexicans are very ingenuitous, and adapt
them as they see fit. I've also seen small catering trucks.

Do you make Tacos Gloria...if you do what do you put in the mince. I put
cumin and garlic, plus all the trimmings on top of course.
