Where is the first sighting of this UL ?

Seen in the Sydney Morning Herald, and reportedly in a Bathurst paper a
few months before.

"Electricians are working in a supermarket / storefront repairing some
wiring. They are at lunch, and a person comes along with a stone in their
shoe. He stops, puts one hand on an electrical pole to balance himself,
and starts shaking to get the shoe out."

"Repairman races over, gets a piece of timber and hits the passerby,
thinking passerby is being electrocuted, and breaks passerby's arm."
