At the rear of Pinewood Studios is a very nice park, favoured by early
morning dog walkers, joggers and, presumably, people who like to hide
amongst trees.

Being one such dog walker this morning, I was surprised to come across
this notice...

Casino Royale Productions Limited

Please note that the new James Bond movie, Casino Royale, will be
filming scenes in the middle of Black Park on Tuesday 4th and
Wednesday 5th July from approx. 0700-2000 hours.

During our filming at Black Park there maybe the possibility of some
gunfire for the scene, although it is not currently planned.

We will have animals (dogs, goats & chickens) on our filming set as
part of the scene.

It would be greatly appreciated if you can keep dogs on leads around
our filming area on filming days.

We are liaising fully with the local authorities and also Black Park
Rangers with regard to our filming.

We apologies (sic) for any inconvenience caused during our visit to
Black Park Country Park.

If you have any queries please call the Black Park Rangers Office.

Many thanks for your cooperation.

"Do you know much about guns, Mr. Bond?"
"No, but I know bird flu is a killer..."

Very cool. Thank you for this, Rhino.

Maybe they are picking up a few shots for the Madagascar foot chase.
Bond tumbles through sever shanty towns where we might find goats and
chickens. Most of this sequence was shot in The Bahamas a few months
back, but maybe with the footage now assembled, they discovered they
still needed a few bits.

You'll have to walk your dog by the action on Tues and Wed and let us
know what's going on. :)

PS I was going to withdraw that last post and correct the spelling, but
in context the typo kinda works, don't you think?

I've been tagged as Rhino's spokesperson. So, to answer:

Question 1: Yes

Question 2: Maybe

Question 3: No

Question 4: None of your damn business, but only once with the goat.

;)
