The US TV show "Bob's Burgers" has only been on for 8 episodes. This
weekend and last were episodes featuring content of furry interest.

The earlier episode saw a visit from furry mascots, the "Birthday Buddies" I
believe they called themselves. One mascot wore a diaper and sucked on a
pacifier. One of the regular cats freaks and beats up on the mascots. I
believe all of these issues were discussed in these forum at some point.

Last weekend's episode had an artist sister who painted nothing but the
backsides of animals. Quite visible, in contrasting colors, although not
rendered with great detail, on every portrait, was the "animal anus". Most
of the episode circled around the propiety of displaying such things in
public. Again, similar things have been discussed here before.

I am starting to wonder what furry influence might be behind this show.

None. It was a foray into the subjects; tolerating weird family members,
pressure from neighbors & society, and standing up for what one thinks
is right. You saw animals butts and thought "furry"? Uh uh. Its about
urban folk struggling to make sense of their world. The chinless people
are hard to look at but the writing is brilliant and the voice actors
are also.
