Apparently an entire furry association wants a restraining order
against me.
I would like to point out that the entire argument about the "things"
that I have done at FurCon have been hearsay but from furries at "high
levels". Its very vague and total bullshit. I have never broken any
of FurCon's rules at any time I have been there, and have been
repeatedly harassed by the conventions security staff.
Remember folks, if you do go to FC, remind one of the security staff
that you saw Sibe "over there" , its a fun game :)
This is because of what you did to those people attending but what you did
to *their* source of income. You are an unwanted plague upon the fandom!
Cast thine self back to thy fiery pits of Hell from whence you came foul

It's not like these people would've gotten paid for their artwork
anyway had Sibe not made torrents available. The people who would've
downloaded them would've just gone to some other free place. So there's
no stealing whatsoever.
Also, all my bets are on you having KaZaA or Morphius or something like
that. Just so you know, you and everyone else using those programs is
just as much a part of the intellectual property problem as Sibe.
Except Sibe doesn't send spyware. ;P

I'm sorry, but you will need to prove that there wasn't a single person
who didn't buy something because of Sibe's distribution to prove your
stated premise to be true.
Not that that would save your argument, given that your unstated premise
is false.

Ah, the famed tu quoque defense: JSYK, defending someone by saying that
other people are doing the same bad thing only succeeds in admitting that
the one being defended is doing it too.
As for just as much of a problem, nope: Sibe's actions were done with
malace, which changes the nature of his acts in both a de facto and a de
jure sense.
(To save us all another ad hominem tu quoque from you: The only thing I
use file sharing software for is legitimate distributions, and all of my
music files are either free to distribute or were legally ripped by myself.)

I am through ranting now, if you still don't understand go read copyright
laws.
i have noticed that Sibe is also an artist, an he too doesn't want HIS
art posted about the net without his permission..
Double standards?
that was for lulz
So your saying the FBI DOES NOT CARE THEY ARE GOING AFTER COPYRIGHT
INFRINGERS!!!! WATCH OUT DONT DOWNLOAD MP3'S THE FBI IS WATCHING.
or are you saying
THE FBI ONLY CARES ABOUT FURRY ART SHARING, DOWNLOAD ALL THE ADOBE
PHOTOSHOP AND MUSIC YOU WANT, THE FBI CARES ABOUT FURRIES!
Either way, your argument is baseless and rediculous.
Every year furry cons get bigger and make *more* and *more* and *more*
money.
Again I have never "claimed any work as my own" or "sold any pirated
work", those are both things that I find deplorable. However I for one
find copyright laws to be rediculous, so I shit on them at my
convienence.
So do thousands of other furs.
Check out this for example :
When www.f-x-c.net opened up for the whole month it was up before it
got taken down, 3,300 furries signed up to dl torrents.
http://thepiratebay.org/details.php?id=3367404 <---- the macro torrent
of all the content of the www.f-x-c.net website has been downloaded
1,100 times and is currently being downloaded by another 24 people.
