How to convert thor to avi format?

DVD thor has copy protection and it has multiple editions. So far,
Ideal DVD Copy has successfully removed copy protection in eight
different editions. But the DVD also has a special structure, Ideal
DVD to Avi Converter can't convert it directly. You should try the
following ways to rip it to avi format.

First, use ideal DVD Copy to backup the DVD with "Only the main movie"
mode to your computer hard drive.
You may download Ideal DVD Copy 3.2.5 from http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/dvd-copy.htm
and install it. Then follow the steps below to copy it to hard drive.
Step 1: Insert the original thor to your drive.
Step 2: Choose "To hard disk..." from the "Destination" dropdown list
and select a directory to store to copied DVD.
Step 3: Choose "Only the main movie" copy mode from the "Copy mode"
dropdown list.
Step 4: Choose the audio track and subtitle you wanted.
Step 5: Click "Start" button to begin copying.

After copying, you will get a foler named as "Thor" on the directory
you specified. Then donwload Ideal DVD to AVi Converter from
http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/dvd-to-avi.htm and install it, follow the
steps below to rip it to avi format.
1) Launch Ideal DVD to Avi Converter
2) Click "File"->"Open DVD Files" menu to choose the "VIDEO_TS" folder
under "Thor" folder you just copied.
3) Choose the title and set the audio track, subtitle you wanted.
4) Choose a proper profile from the "Profile" dropdown list.
5) Click Start button to begin ripping.

If you still failed to copy thor with Ideal DVD Copy 3.2.5, that
mostly means your edition is another one, just keep the DVD in DVD
drive, then click the icon on the left top window of Ideal DVD Copy,
click "Export bup files" menu, save the exported .buz file and send it
