As this little demonstration shows, for someone who uses a normal
newsreader instead of Google Groups (Usenet) reading/posting interface,
it's trivial. (I intentionally added ".invalid" to your address, because
my News provider - rightfully - frowns on forgeries.)
But in this case 'someone' is a *program* which sends 'sporge' (look
it up on WikiPedia). Of course that program is *run* by 'someone'.
