Sibling Rivalry

Written for the "twins" drabble challange.

You shouldn't get twins on Gallifrey. It was an abberation of the Looms, and an
embarrassment. A significant House (/like bloody Lungbarrow/) would arrange for
one of the Time Tots to be adopted by a lesser House (/with none of the
advantages/) and the other (/his jammy brother/) would grow up (/and become a
thorn in the side of the society he worked for so loyally/) unaware of his
sibling's existence.

*And* the git was a regeneration behind him!

The Castellan interrupted this revery. "Are you prepared for the Doctor's
arrival, Commander?"

"I've been prepared for a long time." replied Maxil, smugly.
